Professional Fees

As of January 2026, the rate for a 50-minute individual counselling session is $150. There is no tax on licensed counselling therapy in New Brunswick.

Insurance Coverage

Direct billing is available for most major insurance providers. Because benefits and coverage levels vary significantly between specific plans, I recommend contacting your insurance provider before our first appointment. This ensures you have clarity on your coverage for counselling.
